Role Overview

• We are seeking a seasoned Informatica ETL Lead to architect, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade ETL solutions. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure robust data integration across cloud and on-prem platforms.
• Key Responsibilities
• ETL Development & Architecture
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud (CDI/CAI)
• Optimize ETL pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Integrate data from diverse sources: databases, APIs, flat files, cloud apps
• Data Governance & Quality
• Implement data validation, profiling, and cleansing routines
• Enforce data governance policies and ensure compliance
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve data issues proactivel
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Mentor and manage a team of ETL developers
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Liaise with business analysts, data scientists, and application teams
• Cloud & Big Data Integration
• Work with platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Hive, Spark, or other big data tools
• Automation & Optimization
• Develop reusable components and automation scripts
• Tune SQL queries and ETL performance

Skills:-

Required Skills

• 7 years of ETL development experience
• 3 years in a lead role
• Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix shell scripting
• Experience with cloud platforms and big data tools
• Solid understanding of data modeling and relational databases
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Certifications in Informatica or cloud platforms are a plus
