Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Secondary Skill - Advanced Routing & switching, Data Center Network Wireless, Cisco ACI, DDI,

Education Qualification -B.E. / B.Sc. / Diploma / MCA / BCA

Location - Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad

• Experienced in Production Network Environment of an large enterprise impacting 100 users

• Handling Data Centre Network Operations with Business & Mission Critical applications

• Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets

• Predicting Risk/Impact and Participating in Major Changes

• Reporting & Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning

• Technical Transition & Documentation skills (Onsite to Offshore)

• Design, Migration and upgradation of existing infrastructure

• Provide input for Weekly and monthly status reports

• Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis

• Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.

• Work on the service improvement programs.

• TakeUP technical training program on multi-vendor SD WAN technologies.
