Type of contract: Contract of Employment

Location and Work Mode: Gdansk - hybrid module of work 2/3 days from the office.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • User Account Lifecycle Management
  • Perform manual provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of user accounts in Active Directory (AD) and related systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and access control policies.
  • Process access requests for business applications and infrastructure systems based on approved workflows and least privilege principles.
  • Maintain synchronization and data integrity across directories (AD, Entra ID) and business systems.
  • Service & Shared Account Administration
  • Manage service, shared, and system accounts with proper ownership, justification, expiration, and periodic review.
  • Enforce compliance with organizational policies; document all access requests and approvals.
  • Generate and maintain audit-ready reports for internal and external reviews and Ticket Handling
  • Act as single point of contact for UAM-related tickets (Active Directory entries, user/non-user accounts).
  • Monitor requests in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Participate in access governance reviews and operational meetings.
  • Support integration of applications into UAM scope and assist IAM project teams with user access data and Documentation
  • Maintain and improve operational SOPs for manual UAM processes.
  • Conduct periodic training for any new process changes for the entire team.


Requirements
  • Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in UAM and Identity & Access management products.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory Users and Computers, AD Administrative Center, and PowerShell for account management.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, HPSM) for request handling.
  • Knowledge of audit and reporting for access management.
  • Ability to work in shared service/offshore delivery models.Thorough experience in requirements elicitation & translation (simplification), requirements management & communication.
  • Change Management & Release Management experience.
  • Trouble-shoot issues of team members and guide them in performing their activities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exposure to Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.
  • Basic understanding of IGA tools (Saviynt, SailPoint) and PAM (CyberArk).
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
