Job Description:

IDAM Business Analysis

• 5 years of IT experience working with Identity & Access Management solutions
• Good understanding & exposure to Identity as well as Access Management toolsets (Work experience around leading IGA toolset such as SailPoint is preferred)
• Understanding of Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management, Privileged Access Management(PAM) processes & Integrations within the enterprise landscape
• Good understanding and experience working with Identity Lifecycle Management processes covering,
• HR (Joiner, Mover & Leaver) processes
• Understanding of Identity provisioning flows across systems
• User Identity & Access management across system landscape
• Experience working on a large IAM engagement
• 3 years of experience working as IDAM solution Business Analyst
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as documentation skills
• Ability to work with business as well as technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and consultative skill
• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment handling multiple stakeholders
• BFSI sector knowledge
