Icertis Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Functional leadership for workstreams: Own specific modules or functional areas during Icertis implementations; ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timelines.

• Requirements gathering & design: Conduct workshops with client teams to capture business needs; translate requirements into functional specifications and configuration plans.

• System configuration & testing: Configure ICI modules (authoring, workflows, obligations, clause library, templates); prepare and execute SIT/UAT test cases.

• Deployment support: Assist in cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.

• Integration coordination: Work with technical teams on data migration, API integrations, and reporting requirements.

• Documentation & knowledge sharing: Maintain configuration documents, test scripts, and contribute to reusable templates and accelerators.

• Client engagement: Build strong relationships with client counterparts; provide functional guidance and resolve queries promptly.

• Practice contribution: Support development of best practices, reusable components, and internal knowledge base.

Skills & Qualifications (Must-have)

• 5-8 years of experience in enterprise application implementations.

• Prior experience in Contract Management or Supply Chain applications.

• Participation in at least 2 full lifecycle enterprise implementations in a functional consultant or module lead capacity.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret business processes and design effective solutions.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Icertis CLM configuration (templates, workflows, obligations, clause library).

• Familiarity with integrations (ERP, CRM, e-signature platforms) and data migration strategies.

• Exposure to agile delivery methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps/Jira).

• Understanding of legal and procurement processes across sales and sourcing functions.

• Icertis certifications (Functional/Professional) are a plus.
