Job Title: HR Product Manager
Summary:
Lead an HR technology discovery project focused on Talent Acquisition, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Strategic Workforce Planning, with a potential extension into implementation. The role involves migration from current systems to Workday and requires strong HR technology expertise.

  • Drive HR discovery project for Talent Acquisition, LMS, and Workforce Planning.
  • Assess current HR systems and define migration strategy to Workday.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document findings.
  • Provide recommendations for HR technology roadmap and implementation readiness.

Required Experience:
  • 5 years in HR technology product management or HR systems implementation.
  • Proven experience in HR process analysis and system migration projects.

Required Skills:
  • Strong HR technology background (Workday preferred).
  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition and LMS systems.
  • Knowledge of Strategic Workforce Planning processes.
  • Ability to manage discovery and requirements gathering phases.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Workday implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with change management in HR technology.


Mandatory Skills: Retail - Omni Channel .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
