We are looking for your talent to join one of our projects as an HR Administrator.
This position belongs to the Digital Operations and Platforms (DOP) area of the company.
R equirements
- 1-2 years of experience.
- English advanced level.
- Basic understanding of Recruitment admin, HR processes (COE and Ops).
- Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel).
- Administrative writing and reporting skills.
R esponsibilites
- Generate offer letter as per country requirement in their native using translation tools.
- Coordinate with vendors and conduct pre-employment checks.
- Communicate with the candidate about rejections.
- Coordinate and facilitate day 1 onboarding requirements for the employee.
- Adhere to compliance.
- Reporting & Analysis of candidate data.
- Direct candidate outreach.
- Audit Management - Support internal/external audits.
- Query resolution.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and logical thinking.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Thinks outside of the box.
- Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.

D etails
- Salary: Up to $22k MXN (based on candidate experience and qualifications).
- Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.
- Type of work: On-site training. Hybrid work model after training.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
