This position belongs to the Digital Operations and Platforms (DOP) area of the company.

  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • English advanced level.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end human resources processes (COE and Ops).
  • Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Word & Excel).
  • Familiar with HR strategy and admin processes in ERP.


R esponsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries through Chats, tickets & emails.
  • Manage escalations (attend call, research on issue, coordinate with multiple teams to derive resolution, etc).
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery service.
  • Track & document process updates/changes. Share it with team at requisite intervals.
  • Update SOPs/knowledge documents at requisite intervals.
  • Provide 2nd level support to team on queries.
  • Assist with preparation of reports (performance based, adhoc, etc.)
  • Assist with support on root cause analysis on dissatisfied customer feedback.

  • Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.
  • Problem solving abilities.


D etails

  • Salary: Up to $25k MXN (based on candidate experience and qualifications).
  • Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.
  • Type of work: On-site training. Hybrid work model after training.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
