Manager - GIS Operations - Hyderabad
Experience Breakup - At least 3-5 years in a mid-to-senior management capacity and Proficiency in GIS based process with proven track record of managing businesses that are aligned with Maps and Equivalent Ecosystems
Operational Control : Overseeing daily operations, creating SOPs, managing performance metrics, and implementing automation for efficiency
Team Management : Leading, managing, and mentoring teams, including capacity planning and hiring
Financial Management : Oversee the budget and P&L for the assigned business unit; drive cost-optimization and revenue growth strategies
Client Relations : Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders; lead Weekly/Monthly Business Reviews (WBR/MBR)
Strategic Leadership : Implement automation and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort

People Development : Mentor Assistant Managers and Operations Managers; oversee succession planning and attrition management
Experience : 10 years in the BPO/ITeS industry, with at least 3-5 years in a mid-to-senior management capacity
Analytical Rigor : Ability to interpret complex data sets to identify trends and operational bottlenecks
Communication : Exceptional executive presence with the ability to negotiate and influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Resource Allocation & Retention
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
- Review and monitor resource planning and fulfillment in line with account requirements and costs of delivery
- Optimize manpower and minimize leakages by working closely with delivery head
- Ensure retention by offering relevant trainings and certifications of all allocated resources
- Lead one-on-one floor connect and other engagement activities to improve stickiness of the delivery team
- Collaborate and influence internal key stakeholders to manage and resolve issues to ensure fulfillment and flawless delivery of projects
Mandatory Skills: Geographic Information Systems(Maps) .
