Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs) for text, image, or media generation.
• Application Building: Develop AI-powered solutions like copilots, content generators, and intelligent agents
• Build and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance model knowledge and performance.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (product, data science) to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Optimization & Testing: Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and hyperparameter tuning for model efficiency.
• Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and integrate new techniques.
• Documentation & Mentorship: Create technical documentation and guide junior developers.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Programming: Strong Python skills, proficiency in ML/GenAI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• AI/ML Fundamentals: Solid understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and generative modeling.
• NLP: Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Architecture: Knowledge of AI agent architecture (APIs, databases, workflows).
• Education: Degree in CS, AI, or a related field.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
