Job Description:

SAP SF ECP ( MELBOURNE)

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP SF processes and configuration, with a focus on payroll management, onboarding procedures, and employee central functionalities.

Skillset:

Experience in configuring and implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll(Australia) module to meet client requirements.
Experience in collaborating with clients to understand their payroll processes and providing expertise on best practices for payroll configuration.
Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for end users to ensure successful adoption of the payroll system.
Experience in providing support for payroll-related issues, troubleshooting system errors, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll processes with other HR modules and external systems.
Staying updated on SAP SuccessFactors updates and new features related to Employee Central Payroll and providing recommendations for system enhancements.
Experience in payroll system testing, validation, and data migration activities during implementation or system upgrades.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Proven experience in configuring and maintaining SAP HR Payroll, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.
3. In-depth understanding of SAP SF & HR processes, data structures, and integration points with other SAP modules.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
6. SAP certification in SF modules is a plus.
7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
