Role Overview:
As an SAP FSCD Functional Consultant in the Application Support team, He will be responsible for providing ongoing support, issue resolution, and minor enhancements for SAP FSCD processes. This role focuses on maintaining system stability, assisting business users, and ensuring smooth operations of collections and disbursements functionalities within the insurance or financial services domain.Key Responsibilities:
• Incident & Problem Management:
o Analyse and resolve SAP FSCD-related issues raised by business users.
o Provide root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Service Requests & Enhancements:
o Handle configuration changes and minor enhancements in FSCD.
o Support integration with SAP FICO and other related modules.
• Monitoring & Maintenance:
o Monitor FSCD processes such as payment runs, dunning, clearing, and sub-ledger postings.
o Ensure compliance with SLAs and system performance standards.
• Stakeholder Communication:
o Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.
o Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base for recurring issues.

Required Skills & Experience:
• SAP FSCD Expertise:
o Strong understanding of FSCD functionalities: Collections, Disbursements, Clearing Control, Payment Plans, and Sub-ledger Accounting.
• SAP FICO Knowledge (Good Understanding):
o General Ledger (GL)
o Accounts Payable (AP)
o Accounts Receivable (AR)
o Asset Accounting (AA)
o Controlling (CO)
• Additional Skills (Good to Have):
o Knowledge of CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet)
o Knowledge of RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management)
o Knowledge of Re-Insurance
• Experience:
o 6 years of experience in SAP consultant
o Minimum 3-5 years in SAP FSCD support or implementation.Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP FSCD certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA FSCD.
• Familiarity with insurance or financial services industry processes.

Mandatory Skills: SAP FI - Contract Accounting .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
