Job Description:

FullStack Microsoft .NET - Lead

• Strong client-facing abilities, including attending to client needs and delivering high-quality service-level support.
• Effective team leadership, with the capability to guide team members and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Practical experience with ERP systems, as well as inventory, retail, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in incident management, including root cause analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Ability to understand end-to-end requirements, perform technical reviews, ensure smooth deployments, and prepare comprehensive documentation (HLDs and LLDs).
• Experience in source code management, including branching, merging, and resolving code conflicts.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of application modernization, particularly transforming monolithic .NET applications into distributed architectures.
• Experience using tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW), JIRA, and TFS.
• Ability to lead system design, code reviews, and architecture discussions, providing guidance to both functional and technical teams.
• Minimum 8 yrs exp

Skilled in reviewing business requirement documents and translating them into detailed technical specifications.
