- Flowable Expertise: Hands-on experience with Flowable development, customization, and integration, case management, workflow management, workflow designer, workflow engines etc.

- Design and implement Java-based applications using Flowable to meet user requirements .

- Communication Skills: Good communication skills for effective collaboration with teams
