About the role:
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to a mid-level B2B marketer who is confident shaping marketing activity, influencing stakeholders, and delivering integrated programmes that directly support client satisfaction and revenue growth. Reporting to the UK&I Field Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in driving client engagement, account expansion, and new-logo acquisition in close partnership with Sales.
The role spans the full spectrum of B2B field marketing - from digital demand generation and account-based marketing to high-impact events and pursuit-based marketing activity designed to help shape and win complex deals.
R esponsibilities:
This is a mid-level B2B marketing role for someone with experience in a similar environment looking for a new challenge. Key responsibilities include:
- Account-Based Marketing & Client events: Support the function by delivering ABM programmes for priority accounts and target new logos. Lead on client events and experiences including supporting senior-level client visits to Wipro Client Capability Centers in India.
- Campaign Management & Digital Execution: Design and execute integrated digital campaigns. Work proactively with planning and creative teams to curate content and campaign activity for the UK&I market, working with our Martech team and platform owners to coordinate campaign activation. Track performance and share results/learnings.
- Industry Events & Experiences: Coordinate Wipro's presence at industry events and roundtables, working with external media/industry organisations and internal stakeholders. Work with these third-party media organisations to promote Wipro to their subscribed audiences and communities using a range of marketing tactics including email, content syndication and paid media placements.
- Pursuit & Deal-Based Marketing: Lead and support pursuit marketing activity for large, complex deals. Develop bespoke campaigns, curate content and engagement plans designed to positively influence key client decision makers.
- Sales Alignment & Account Focus: Build strong, collaborative relationships with Sales, Account Executives, and Pursuit Leads. Act as a trusted advisor to sales, proactively proposing marketing activity that supports account strategy.
- Support the UK&I Field Marketing Director: Across all aspects of the role including tracking performance, reporting, lead management, administer budgets, proactively sharing good practice designed to continuously improve field marketing impact
E xperience:
A well-rounded B2B marketing professional, with experience supporting the Europe market and who understands the marketing function well. The successful candidate will be familiar with coordinating the operation of campaigns, both integrated campaigns and ABM of various types, and the marketing technology and platforms that support this. Specifically:
- Proven experience in B2B Field Marketing with a minimum 5 years' B2B marketing experience. IT Services, SaaS or Technology industry experience preferable.
- Marketing experience aligned to European markets, experience of UK&I specifically would be preferable.
- Strong track record of working closely aligned with sales and supporting pipeline growth
- Hands-on experience delivering digital campaigns, ABM programs, and events
- Experience supporting pursuit marketing or sales-led deal activity
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in a large, matrixed enterprise environment is desirable.
- Experienced using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, plus knowledge of marketing technology and platforms.
- Good organisational skills, and ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to highlight key insights in an impactful and simple way.
- High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly.
