This role spans multiple business functions and requires expertise both at the operational frontline and in long-term planning and development. You will be accountable for the delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of a broad spectrum of services, supporting business continuity and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Space Management: Optimizing workstation and communal areas to maximize efficiency and comfort while supporting organisational goals.
- Communications Infrastructure: Overseeing the setup and maintenance of telecommunication systems to ensure reliable connectivity across all facilities.
- Building Maintenance and Safety: Coordinating routine inspections, proactive and corrective maintenance aligned with regulatory standards to uphold safe, secure premises.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Sourcing, negotiating, and supervising third-party service providers for functions such as security, cleaning, and catering to ensure high quality and cost-efficiency.
- Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS): Implementing and monitoring policies that promote sustainable practices and safeguard health and safety across the site.
- Security Implementation: Managing physical security measures including access controls, CCTV, and emergency protocols in consultation with security specialists.
- Facility Maintenance Planning: Developing and executing maintenance schedules tailored to facility needs and resources to extend asset longevity and reduce operational disruptions.
- Emergency Response and Crisis Management: Leading the preparedness and resolution efforts for emergencies, ensuring minimal impact to operations and occupant safety.
- Budget Oversight: Managing financial planning and expenditure control to align facility costs with organizational objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the facilities meet all applicable government regulations, building codes, and internal standards.
- Project Oversight: Managing renovations, refurbishments and building expansions, working closely with contractors and stakeholders.
- Office Relocations: Planning and coordinating moves or expansions with minimal disruption to business activities.
- Reporting and Documentation: Preparing detailed maintenance reports and facility status summaries to inform management decisions.
The Facility Manager is expected to prioritize health and safety concerns in all maintenance and operational activities, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to foster a secure and efficient workplace environment.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $60,000
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
