Role: Facets QA Engineer (Automation EDI)

Required Skills:

Facets Expertise

• Strong hands-on testing experience with:
• Claims, Membership, Billing, Provider, UM, Workflow, NetworX, HIPAA Gateway
• Deep understanding of Facets data model, configuration elements, provider setup, adjudication logic, and billing cycles.

QA & Testing Skills

• Ability to design comprehensive test plans and cases for functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing.
• Experience validating large datasets and long-running Facets processes.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices.
• Ability to test APIs, web services, and batch systems.

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL/Oracle skills for data validation and test analysis.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar for test and defect tracking.
• Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, UFT, Tosca, custom Python/Java automation frameworks).
• Familiarity with Control-M or comparable schedulers (nice to have).

Healthcare / EDI

• Knowledge of HIPAA transactions: 834, 835, 837, 820, 270/271.
• Understanding of payer operations, claims processing, eligibility, benefit structures.

Mandatory Skills: Facets Front End .

Experience: 3-5 Years .
