We are seeking an accomplished Lead Architect with extensive experience designing and guiding large-scale, distributed, and digital enterprise architectures. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to architect end-to-end solutions across complex environments. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on technical depth, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and steer major modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
- Drive architectural vision and strategy for enterprise-wide systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability.
- Capture and document as-is architecture models, evaluating current state to define modernization paths and target architectures.
- Lead Application Portfolio Rationalization efforts to optimize, consolidate, and modernize enterprise applications.
Solution Architecture Leadership
- Architect holistic, end-to-end technical solutions for large-scale programs, integrating components across UI/UX, services, middleware, cloud, security, and data.
- Provide full-stack architectural guidance, spanning front-end technologies, service layers, integration frameworks, and cloud-native platforms.
- Define architectural standards, best practices, and reference models to guide development teams.
Cloud Migration & Modernization
- Lead cloud migration initiatives, including redesign, refactoring, and modernization of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud platforms, services, and tools that support enterprise digital transformation.
Frameworks, Tools & Governance
- Apply enterprise architecture methodologies such as TOGAF and related EA frameworks.
- Work with EA tools such as LeanIX, MEGA, Software AG Alfabet, Orbus iServer, or similar platforms to manage enterprise models.
- Ensure architectural decisions align with business goals, compliance requirements, and enterprise governance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with executives, product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape architectural solutions.
- Provide architectural mentorship to development teams and guide technical decision-making across the organization.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
Required
- 15 years of deep technical experience in distributed, transactional, and large-scale digital architectures.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar).
- Hands-on experience in enterprise modeling and capturing as-is architecture landscapes.
- Demonstrated experience in Application Portfolio Rationalization.
- Strong full-stack architectural expertise across:
- UI/UX
- Services & APIs
- Middleware & integration platforms
- Cloud platforms
- Security architecture
- Data architecture
- Proven experience leading cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Ability to design and articulate end-to-end technical solutions for large programs.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in large enterprise environments undergoing modernization or digital transformation.
- Background working with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence architecture at an executive level.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $230,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
