Job Description:
The Dev Productivity Architect role focuses on enhancing developer efficiency and automation in aviation technology programs by leveraging GitHub Copilot and Model Context Protocol (MCP). This position is pivotal in driving AI-assisted development workflows, improving code quality, and accelerating delivery timelines for mission-critical aviation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect AI-Driven Development Workflows
- Design and implement productivity frameworks using GitHub Copilot and MCP for aviation software development.
- Integrate Copilot's Agent Mode and MCP servers to enable context-aware coding, automated testing, and intelligent code generation.
- Establish governance for AI-assisted coding practices ensuring compliance with aviation safety and security standards.
- Tooling & Automation
- Configure MCP servers for GitHub repositories to enable seamless integration with external tools and aviation-specific data sources.
- Automate repetitive tasks such as code reviews, bug fixes, and test generation using Copilot's agentic capabilities.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with AI-assisted optimizations for aviation applications.
- Collaboration & Enablement

- Work closely with architects, developers, and DevOps teams to embed AI-driven productivity tools into the SDLC.

- Ensure adherence to aviation regulatory requirements and enterprise security policies.
