Position Title: End User Computing (EUC) Lead
Domain: End User Computing (EUC), SCCM, MDM Intune, iPhone/iPad
Role Summary:
Leads the EUC tower, overseeing the design, deployment, and support of end-user computing platforms, including desktop and mobile device management.

Primary: Microsoft SCCM/Intune Administration, EUC Platform in Windows and iOS

Secondary: Intune / MDM Administration

Tertiary: Windows OS & iOS Platform Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement EUC strategies and standards across the organization.
• Manage SCCM for OS deployment, patching, and software distribution.
• Administer MDM solutions (Intune) for mobile device configuration and compliance.
• Lead EUC-related projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the EUC support team.
• Ensure endpoint security and compliance with corporate policies.
• Manage lifecycle of end-user devices (procurement, deployment, retirement).

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Expertise in Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Intune.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, iOS, and mobile device ecosystems.
• Experience with endpoint security, patch management, and compliance.
• Leadership and project management skills.

• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in both Japanese cultural contexts and global environments.

Typical Experience: 15 years in EUC or desktop engineering roles, with 5 years in a lead capacity
Language Requirements: Fluent in Japanese and English

Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support .

Experience: 8-10 Years .
