• Hands-on development experience with .NET (C#), including building applications from scratch (greenfield development).
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing relational database schemas (e.g., Azure SQL, SQL Server), including normalization, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience with ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or SSIS) for data extraction and synchronization from on-premises databases.
• Experience with SharePoint (development, integration, or migration).
• Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools for data access.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
  • Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/ escalations as per SLA and quality requirements
  • If unable to resolve the issues, timely escalate the issues to TA & SES
  • Provide product support and resolution to clients by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions
  • Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous and professional manner
  • Offer alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
  • Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract SLA’s

• Secure integration with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for authentication and authorization.
• Hosting and deploying applications on Azure App Service.
• Integration with SQL databases across subnets and hybrid environments.
• Automating document workflows, including Word document generation and e-signature integration (e.g., DocuSign, DocuWare).
• Implementing Azure Blob Storage for document template management.
• Application monitoring using Azure Application Insights.
• Secure coding practices, including OAuth2/OpenID Connect.
