Required Technical Skills:
- ServiceNow (incident and performance analytics)
- MSSQL and SQL scripting
- Windows Server administration
- Integration monitoring and troubleshooting
- Understanding of SCADA, OMS, DMS systems and their integration within ADMS.
- Familiarity with real-time grid operations, load flow analysis, and fault location isolation and service restoration (FLISR).
- Knowledge of GIS integration and network model management.
- Experience with metering systems, distribution transformers, and substation automation.
- Awareness of utility business processes such as outage management, crew dispatch, and asset tracking.
- Exposure to IEC standards (e.g., IEC 61850, IEC 61970/61968)
- Power Automate (workflow automation)
- SharePoint (document management and collaboration)
- Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and reporting)
- Kibana (log analysis and visualization)
- Performance Analytics in ServiceNow

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
