Documentum Developer

JD

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java or C#.
• Basic understanding of Documentum architecture and its components.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Understanding of Documentum Content Server and its APIs.
• Familiarity with Documentum DQL (Documentum Query Language).
• Basic knowledge of RESTful services and web development principles

Preferred:

• Internship or project experience with Documentum or related content management systems.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Deliver
No Performance Parameter Measure 1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback, NSAT/ ESAT 2 Team Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism 3 Capability development Triages completed, Technical Test performance
