About the role:

Wipro is looking to on-board a seasoned Director - Talent Acquisition

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage fulfilment of lateral open positions, by hiring quality talent as per defined process, budget, location and timelines, across units in Wipro.
  • Review and finalize the quarterly and annual hiring plan for the unit by reviewing the numbers, allocations to recruiters, channels, timelines etc.
  • Identify, lead and manage key initiatives to improve talent acquisition efficiencies and outcomes
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across delivery organizations for talent fulfillment, act as an advisor.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to obtain relevant and credible market intelligence as input to TA strategy.
  • Market mapping and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements
  • Establish scalable network and strong selection process to attract the best talent.
  • Devise an appropriate channel mix to ensure a competitive market cost per hire
  • Strategize to improve EVP of the firm/business practices to the talent market.
  • Identify & monitor measures across processes. Design and implement metrics to measure and improve recruitment efficiency

    • Experience in handling recruitment (lateral hiring, volume hiring) from a large IT services company / Management Consulting firm.
    • Execution excellence and passion to deliver results. Forward looking, challenges status quo
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills; should have consultative/Advisory approach. Excellent networking in the external market.
    • Thinkers, solution orientation, managing complexity and ambiguity with ease.
