Job Description:
Devops SRE
- Experience in setting up green field, scalable, observability platform for Enterprises with diverse, complex IT Ecosystem comprising of COTS (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Snow) and Custom Applications.
- Deep knowledge of modern AI infused observability tools (e.g., Splunk , Sumologic, Datadog, New Relic, Elastic, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, etc.) and exposure to AIOPs.
- Expertise in defining and monitoring SLOs/SLIs, alerting, and incident management processes.
- Trusted Advisor to the customer in helping them build solutions with a balanced view of commercial, functional and technical
- Bring solution mindset, able to estimate, plan, execute and deliver observability solution
- Lead team of Software Engineers, and SRE
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
