About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Infrastructure As a Code, building CI-CD systems, application deployments/upgrades, and Platform engineering tools.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Linux engineering, hands-on experience with cloud services such as GCP and AWS, and the ability to automate infrastructure workflows at scale.

This role supports mission-critical systems and drives reliability, security, and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Implement and maintain infrastructure automation pipelines by orchestrating cloud services infrastructure [AWS, GCP, Azure], cost and security configurations.

🔹 Drive IAC strategy merging multiple systems into a single platform.

🔹 Implement and maintain infrastructure automation pipelines for DNS changes, certificate workflows, server provisioning, and configuration and code updates

🔹 Build automation using Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Python, and cloud-native automation tools

🔹 Manage and troubleshoot Linux systems (Ubuntu/RHEL/CentOS) including performance tuning, hardening, and patching

🔹 Work across cloud providers (AWS / GCP / Azure) for DNS, compute, load balancing, IAM, and networking

🔹 Integrate DNS & certificate lifecycle management into CI/CD pipelines for zero-touch operations

🔹 Ensure strong monitoring, observability, and alerting via Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.

🔹 Collaborate closely with Networking, Security, SRE, and Platform Engineering teams to maintain high availability and operational excellence

Required Skills & Experience

3-6 years in Systems Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Operations

Deep knowledge of DNS (public & private), domain management, and PKI/certificates

Strong experience in Infrastructure Automation with tools such as:

• Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices

• Bash and Python scripting

• Cloud-native automation (Lambda/Functions, EventBridge, Webhooks, etc.)

Hands-on experience with Cloud providers [AWS, GCP, Azure]

Excellent Linux administration, networking, and troubleshooting skills

Experience working in Tier-2 tech companies with enterprise environments

Nice to Have

Automated certificate workflows (ACME/Certbot, Venafi, Keyfactor)

Experience with load balancers, ingress controllers, reverse proxies

Exposure to SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps models

Understanding of high-availability DNS architectures and cloud networking

IaC and automation experience at scale

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
