Position Overview

We are seeking talented and motivated Software Engineers to join our team in developing advanced AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and supporting tools as standalone products destined for the consumer marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting robust, scalable software products that enable consumers to subscribe and deploy them with ease and reliability.

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agent frameworks that utilize Model Context Protocol to deliver context-rich experiences as independent marketplace-ready products.
• Build and optimize MCP servers and related tools, focusing on productization for public release and consumer subscription models.
• Create dashboards and utilities to simplify product deployment, management, and monitoring for end users.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define user requirements and deliver intuitive, marketable solutions.
• Ensure software products are highly scalable, performant, secure, and easy to support in a marketplace setting.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code ready for public launch, adhering to protocol specifications and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and participate in CI/CD to uphold product quality and reliability.
• Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for products after release, responding to consumer feedback and ensuring product stability.
• Stay updated on advances in context protocol engineering, AI product design, and software methodologies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C , or Go.
• Experience building and supporting consumer-facing software products or SaaS solutions, from initial development through public launch and ongoing support.

• In-depth understanding of protocol design, especially Model Context Protocol or similar standards for context exchange.
• Hands-on with Agent Developer Kit (ADK) - framework and tools
• Solid grasp of server-side architecture, RESTful APIs, and secure communications for product deployment.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and product-focused skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Familiarity with launching AI agents and tools in consumer marketplaces or app stores.
• Experience with agent communication and context exchange protocols (e.g., Model Context Protocol, Agent Communication Language).
• Knowledge of AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.
• Understanding of data pipelines, big data technologies, and real-time context processing.
• Background in developer tools or SDKs for context-aware AI systems, especially those released as standalone products.
• Proven ability to support, monitor, and maintain publicly available products post-launch.
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in consumer product engineering.
