The purpose of this role is to work with Application teams and developers to facilitate better coordination amongst operations, development and testing functions by automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes

DevOps Engineer:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with over 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building, deploying and maintaining cloud-based solution on AWS and a passion for automating workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment processes.

Build and maintain scalable and highly available cloud Infrastructure on AWS

Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize application performance, ensuring uptime and reliability

Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency.

key Skills:

3 years of hand-on experience in DevOps engineering, particularly with AWS platform (EMR, Airflow, EKS, Redshift.

Proficiency with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions & workflows, CloudFormation or Terraform.

Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell

Experience with containerization tools such as Dockers and orchestration platform like Kubernetes.

Experience on configuring the compute services used for big data - Elastic Map Reduce, Managed Airflow and Athena.

Exposure to Data Management and Analytics tools such as Lake Formation, Glue.

Knowledge on Apache Spark and big data concepts is good to have.
