Position: Deputy Manager

Wipro Band: B3

Voice/ Non-Voice: Voice

Shift: 24*7

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering / IT / Electronics; CCNA/CWNA desirable; PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred

Trainable Skills:

• Wipro tools & frameworks

• Project governance & reporting templates

• Customer-specific network/voice environments

• Automation levers and transformation frameworks

Responsibilities:

• Lead telecom & networking project delivery end-to-end

• Act as escalation point for critical L2/L3 issues

• Drive WIP, status reporting, and delivery milestones

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients

• Present automation and efficiency opportunities to clients

• Manage documentation, RCA, reports, governance calls

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication

Languages: English (Read/Write/Speak)

Nationality: Indian Native

Delivery Location: Bangalore/Pune
