The Pre-sales Team is focused on the origination and execution of large strategic opportunities across the Nordics region of Europe, to support Wipro's growth agenda and to deliver exceptional transformational outcomes for our clients.

• Assist in the formation and set-up of the core pursuit team, proving a framework for effective collaboration and sourcing of essential resources and subject matter experts,

• Contribute to initial pursuit strategy & planning with team members, using your experience to anticipate the assets logistics required to execute against the strategy & pursuit plan,
• Create and manage key milestones and scoping of critical deliverables in partnership with the pursuit leader and the broader deal team,
• Set-up the project plan for the pursuit, managing against critical deadlines, ensuring meeting / workshop scheduling is effective and efficient, with outcomes captured and knowledge shared with all nominated stake holders,
• Manage the bid budget, co-ordinate Deal Excellence qualification and review process, prepare for pricing reviews and ensure alignment with pricing strategy,

• Skilfully navigate the internal process and network to secure key personnel and commitments against key deliverables,
• Comfort and skill in dealing with senior executives, engaging them in the pursuit process and securing their commitment for key events / deliverables (i.e., presentation rehearsals etc...)
• Advanced project management skills and confident with the MS suite of productivity tools.

• Deep experience with large, complex strategic pursuits
• Expertise and understanding of large execution & process steps
• Strong analytical skills and a sharp business and financial acumen
• Experience of about 10 years preferably in pre-sales teams of IT services organisations.
• Program management skills to drive cross functional teams during a bid-management process
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively and constantly deliver excellence
• Participating in solution story boarding• Participate in customer bid defense presentations.• Participation in the construction of financial models that align with custom solution proposal.
• You will be the primary expert in constructing the specific solution, scope document, risk profile, and corresponding financials.•
• Composing applicable services agreements (e.g. Statements of Work, SLA documentation, etc.) that specify processes, technology, staffing, deliverables, commitments, risk, and project management aspects of a solution;•
• Constructing risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to custom solution
