Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

What you'll be doing:

1. Responsible for the architecture, operation, and maintenance of enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) and orchestration platforms (e.g., GoAnywhere, Airflow) across hybrid environments.

2. Monitor and optimize job executions and workflows to ensure data timeliness, accuracy, and successful completion across the organization.

3. Monitor and maintain system(s) to ensure smooth execution. And take precaution action to minimize downtime.

4. Manage complex data movements between on-premise systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), ensuring secure and efficient transfer to storage services like S3 or Google Cloud Storage.

5. Lead data analysis to solve complex data transfer issues; analyze job failures and system alerts to perform deep-dive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation.

6. Identify operational gaps in data workflows and orchestration logic, and recommend improvement actions to streamline B2B and cloud operations.

7. Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, network, security, and cloud engineering teams to resolve incidents and improve system availability.

8. Leverage analytical techniques to review logs and monitoring data (e.g., Splunk, CloudWatch, MFT logs) to identify hidden patterns, recurring issues, and opportunities for automation.

9. Design and assist in onboarding new data workflows, including job configuration, scheduling, and ensuring data quality through validation of file completeness.

10. Build, update, and maintain scripts (Python, Shell) to automate manual processes and support complex orchestration requirements in cloud and Linux environments.

11. Document SOPs, runbooks, and operational procedures to drive support efficiency, standardization, and knowledge sharing.

12. Participate in UAT and production validation for platform-related changes, enhancements, and patches.

13. Help identify and solve user report issues.

14. Help with support of ad-hoc tasks and deal with abnormal situations.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
