Role: Lead / Architect - Zscaler
Location : PAN India

• Minimum 7 years of experience and 3 years with Zscaler.
• Strong understanding of networking principles, security protocols, and cloud security concepts.
• Familiarity with Zscaler products and services, including ZIA, Zscaler Internet Access, ZPA Zscaler Private Access and ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access).
• Create, manage, and enforce ZIA policies for various security aspects like URL filtering, malware detection, file control, and data loss prevention.
• Experience in creating, managing, and enforcing security policies, Sub-Cloud, GRE/IPSEC Tunnel and locations.
• Manage user and group access to Zscaler services, assigning roles and permissions to control what users can access.
• Monitor Zscaler platform performance, generate custom reports, and analyse security events.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Zscaler.
• Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
• Understanding of relevant security compliance regulations and standards.
• 24x7 availability & performance monitoring L2/L3 support and SLA management.
• Incident, Service Request and Change & Configuration management.

Mandatory Skills: ZScaler URL Filtering .
