Role Purpose

Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Citrix NetScaler ADC (Application Delivery Controller) solutions for load balancing, SSL offloading, and application optimization.
• Configure and maintain NetScaler Gateway for secure remote access.
• Perform traffic management, content switching, and global server load balancing (GSLB).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetScaler appliances, network connectivity, and application delivery.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Monitor performance and optimize configurations for high availability and scalability.
• Apply firmware upgrades, patches, and security hardening on NetScaler devices.
• Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC (MPX, VPX, SDX platforms).
• Expertise in Load Balancing, SSL Certificates, Content Switching, and GSLB.
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS).
• Familiarity with Citrix Gateway, VPN, and ICA Proxy.
• Understanding of firewall policies, routing, and security best practices.
• Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP-N) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cloud integration (AWS/GCP/Azure) with NetScaler is an advantage.
