Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to design, develop and troubleshoot solutions/ designs/ models/ simulations on various softwares as per clientà ¢Ã,€Ã,™s/ project requirements
Roles & responsibilities-
- Strong understanding of customer service and online retail operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good to have experience in eCommerce store management (preference with background in Magento or Adobe Commerce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving eCommerce trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Word, and Excel.
