Job Description:
Wipro, a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company is looking for your talent to join into one of our projects as a Customer Service Representative.
This position belongs to the Digital Operations and Platforms (DOP) area of the company.
J ob Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from providers and members on Eligibility and Benefits (medical and behavioral health), Claims Inquiry, Provider Inquiry pre-authorization following call procedures consistent with client-approved call procedures.
- Connect with different Third party teams to delivery information and solution to the customer.
- Report issues on process, calls, technology in a timely manner.
R equirements
- 1-2 years of experience in BPO or contact center enviroment as an operations/customer service agent.
- English advanced level.
- High school graduated.
- Good communication skills.
- Mathematical ability.
- Good analytical skills.
- Typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy.
- Ability to handle escalated calls.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Amenable to shifting schedules.
- Amenable to doing voice and non-voice work.
