  • Quantum-Specific Experience: 3-5 years designing quantum-classical systems / scalable quantum solution architectures
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead architecture of quantum solutions: system design, hardware / software stack selection, scaling & performance considerations.
    • Define reference architectures, patterns, best practices for quantum engineering.
    • Oversee end-to-end design of quantum/hybrid quantum-classical solutions; ensure maintainability, reliability, performance, error handling.
    • Collaborate with research to inject new algorithmic methods; with consulting teams to meet domain constraints
    • Interface with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google) & platform providers; understand constraints of hardware, cloud quantum resources; manage integration.
    • Mentor developers; set coding standards; drive technical roadmap.
  • Qualifications / Skills:
  • 10-15 years experience in software / systems engineering; significant exposure to quantum computing or related fields.
  • Strong systems / architecture background; familiarity with distributed systems, performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in programming quantum circuits; strong in classical quantum stack.
  • Good leadership / communication skills; ability to guide and review work of multiple developers.
