As a Developer L3 specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) at Wipro Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, deploying, and customizing Dynamics CRM solutions to meet diverse business needs. With over 6 years of hands-on experience on the Dynamics CE/MS Dynamics CRM Customer Service module, you will leverage your deep expertise in Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow Assemblies to build seamless, scalable applications.

Your role will also involve architecting end-to-end Power Platform solutions utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, connectors, environments, and Dataverse. This includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring software solutions align with organizational goals and user expectations.

Solid experience designing and building end to end Power Platform solutions leveraging the framework (Power Apps, Power Automate, Connectors, Environments, Dataverse...

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud - developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM apps.
MS Dynamics 365 platform - Plugins, Workflows, Business Process flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow assemblies.
More than 6 years of experience on Dynamics CE/ MS Dynamics CRM.
Solid experience designing and building end to end Power Platform solutions leveraging the framework (Power Apps, Power Automate, Connectors, Environments, Dataverse...).

No. Performance Parameter Measure 1. Contribution to customer projects Quality, SLA, ETA, no. of tickets resolved, problem solved, # of change requests implemented, zero customer escalation, CSAT 2. Automation Process optimization, reduction in process/ steps, reduction in no. of tickets raised 3. Skill upgradation # of trainings & certifications completed, # of papers, articles written in a quarter

Mandatory Skills: MSD365 Customization and Configuration .
