Consultant RFM

MFCS & Fiscal Production Support

• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 production support for MFCS and RFMCS, ensuring system availability and data integrity.
• Monitor and resolve production incidents related to fiscal data, tax calculation, document validation, and integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis for fiscal and MFCS issues and coordinate fixes with technical and functional teams.

Fiscal Configuration & Data Management

• Maintain and support Fiscal Data Management, including:
• Fiscal attribute creation and maintenance
• Fiscal classification of items, locations, suppliers, and partners
• Validation of mandatory fiscal attributes (e.g., CNPJ, IE, CRT, CNAE, jurisdiction indicators)
• Ensure fiscal data consistency between MFCS and RFMCS, including correct handling of fiscal addresses and entity setup.
• Support changes required by legal or regulatory updates, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

Integration & Validation Support

• Support and validate integrations involving MFCS/RFMCS, including REST services and inbound/outbound fiscal data flows.
• Assist in production validation of patches, hotfixes, and Oracle releases impacting MFCS and fiscal processes.

Work closely with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., financial or tax platforms) to resolve data discrepancies.

Mandatory Skills: Oracle Retail Integration Modules .
