Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance Oversight:
• Develop and maintain a Compliance Alignment Matrix mapping applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, PIPEDA, SOX) to solution features.
• Ensure all infrastructure-as-code components and backup solutions meet compliance standards.
• Documentation & Policy Management:

• Draft and maintain the Backup & Retention Policy Document in alignment with Teck's data governance requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure policy enforcement across Azure and Rubrik environments.

• Design and implement an Audit Trail and Reporting Setup Guide for Azure and Rubrik services.
• Ensure traceability and transparency of all critical operations and data recovery processes.

• Lead the creation of Validation Reports for Phase 2 Rubrik Implementation, ensuring compliance and operational readiness.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence.

• Work closely with Teck's operations support team, Wipro's technical leads, and compliance officers to ensure smooth handover and ongoing compliance.
• Provide regular updates and risk assessments to project leadership.

• Proven experience in Azure governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Rubrik backup solutions and their compliance capabilities.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and its implications for compliance.
• Experience with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, or industry-specific frameworks.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
