Job Description

Experience: The candidate should have proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll implementation and support projects, specifically focusing on US Payroll, Union Payroll, and US Tax compliance. This includes end-to-end involvement in design, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of Payroll processes and integrations.

Specialisation: Expertise in Functional Payroll Configuration within Oracle Cloud, including Payroll Flows design, Payroll Tax Processing (Month-, Quarter-, and Year-End), and Mid-Year Balance Initialisation for USA legislation. Strong knowledge of integration between Cloud Payroll and other HCM modules, and experience with USA Retirement Plans (401k, 403b, 457b). Ability to act as a customer advisor on best practices and application awareness.

Technical Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll, Payroll Cost Allocation & Accounting Distribution, Payroll Tax Processing Expertise, Fast Formula development, Payroll Interfaces & Reports configuration

Mandatory Skills: Oracle Fusion Payroll .
