Technical Skills (Mandatory)

Routing & Switching.

• Cisco Routers & Switches (Catalyst, Nexus - preferred)
• Routing Protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
• Switching: VLAN, STP/RSTP/MST, QoS, Port Security
• Network troubleshooting using CLI, packet analysis, and logs

Wireless

• Cisco Wireless (WLC, APs) and/or Aruba WLAN
• RF fundamentals, site surveys, spectrum analysis
• Enterprise authentication (RADIUS, 802.1X, NAC integration)

Certifications (Preferred)

• CCNP Enterprise / CCNP Wireless
• CCIE (Routing & Switching / Enterprise Wireless) - highly desirable
• Aruba ACMP/ACSP (optional)

Mandatory Skills: CISCO Wireless Admin .
