Cisco Routing and Switching-B3

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in enterprise networking

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in core networking technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus switches, advanced routing protocols, spanning tree configurations, and Aruba wireless solutions. This role demands strong troubleshooting skills, upgrade planning, and architecture-level understanding of data centre and campus networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Cisco Nexus Switches

• Perform NX-OS upgrade .

• implement vPC (Virtual Port Channel) configurations.

• Basic troubleshooting in NEXUS switches.

Routing Protocols

• Configure OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP in enterprise environments.

• Analyse routing tables .

• Implement route redistribution and policy-based routing.

Spanning Tree Protocol (STP)

• Good understanding of STP, RSTP, and MSTP.

Aruba Wireless

• Configure and manage Aruba controllers and access points.

• Implement wireless security policies and guest access.

Network Monitoring & Documentation

• Use tools like service now , logic monitor , Splunk and Wireshark for diagnostics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP)preferred.

• Aruba certifications (ACMA/ACMP) are a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills: Cisco Routing and Switching .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
