Job Description:

Change/Release Architect

We are looking for a senior Change/Release Architect to drive end-to-end change and release governance for the Zayo account. The role requires strong leadership, architectural oversight, and close coordination with onsite stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant, and high-quality deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the Change & Release Management framework for Zayo.
• Lead CAB and release governance with onsite stakeholders.
• Assess change impacts, risks, dependencies, and ensure audit-compliant execution.
• Plan, coordinate, and drive enterprise-level releases across multiple tracks.
• Establish release calendars, cutover plans, rollback strategies, and quality gates.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and operations teams for readiness.
• Improve process maturity, automation, and reporting dashboards.
• Act as the single onsite escalation point for all change/release activities.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of ITIL; ITIL certification preferred.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow Change/Release modules and CI/CD tools.
• Experience managing releases in multi-team, multi-platform enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Telecom/Network domain experience.
• Cloud/DevOps architecture background (AWS/Azure).
• Experience driving process maturity improvements.

Mandatory Skills: Organizational Change Management .

Experience: 8-10 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
