Excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

Own and manage the end-to-end Change Management process in line with ITIL best practices.

Review, assess, approve, and coordinate Normal, Standard, and Emergency Changes.

Chair and facilitate CAB / ECAB meetings, ensure proper documentation and approvals.

Perform risk and impact analysis for proposed changes and ensure mitigation plans are in place.

Ensure change schedules are aligned with business priorities and minimize service disruption.

Track change success/failure metrics and drive continuous process improvement.

Additional Responsibilities

Support Incident Management during major incidents, outages, and restorations.

Participate in Problem Management by supporting RCA Preparation, reviews and identifying root causes.

Ensure proper linkage between Incidents, Problems, and Changes in the ITSM tool.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in ITIL Processes (Change, Incident, Problem Management).

Hands-on experience with Change Management in an enterprise environment.

Good understanding of Incident and Problem Management workflows.

Experience working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow / SDP preferred).

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• 8-10 years of ITSM experience in Change and other processes
• ITIL V3 / 2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification
• Capable to collaborate with Multiple Technical towers, face the Customer, coordinate with the Vendors
• Effective Communication skills

Mandatory Skills: ITIL Change Mgmt .
