We are looking for a Change Management Lead to work in the UK on a fixed term contract / temporary basis

Location : Warwick, UK

Duration : 4 months and for potential extension

• Proven Business change management activities across different customers and any exposure in utilities industry is added advantage
• Leveraging change mgmt methodology process and tools to create strategy to support adoption of the changes as required by project
• Assess change impact conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
• Support training efforts provide input document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
• Experience in Agile and scaled agile framework.
• Effective communicator able to communicate with different areas of the business and stakeholder management
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent customer focus and stakeholder management
