• Extensive expertise in petrochemical plant operations, preferably in olefins, polyethylene, polypropylene, methanol, or related process units.

• Strong background in process optimization, with the ability to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and drive sustainable operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts in simple, business-friendly language.
• Adaptive communication style, comfortable switching between practical management discussions and deep technical conversations with engineering teams.
• Strong influencing and persuasion abilities, with a proven capability to build alignment and convince stakeholders at different levels.
• Solid understanding of digital transformation trends, especially how AI and advanced analytics can revolutionize plant operations, optimization, and decision-making.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on practicality, able to connect day-to-day operational realities with long-term transformation goals.
• Collaborative team player who can work across departments, facilitate productive meetings, and drive consensus.
• Proactive, innovative, and solutions-oriented, consistently bringing new ideas to enhance safety, reliability, and performance.
