Business Analyst - Transformation
We are looking for a Business Analyst to drive business transformation initiatives by defining business problems, gathering and managing requirements, and delivering value-driven solutions. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with IT strategy, managing risks, and supporting projects and programmes through to delivery while adhering to change and governance standards.

- Delivered business analysis across large projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT architecture
- Led requirements elicitation and documentation, covering functional and non-functional needs
- Developed business cases, benefits realisation plans, and solution options with investment appraisal
- Managed stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners to drive buy-in and delivery
- Identified and mitigated business risks, ensuring compliance with governance and control standards
- Applied industry-standard BA tools and methods, including Jira and Confluence
- Contributed to BA community development through knowledge sharing and mentoring

Customer Engagement and Delivery Management PCSAT, utilization % achievement, no. of leads generated from the business interaction, no. of errors/ gaps in documenting customer requirements, feedback from project manager, process flow diagrams (quality and timeliness), % of deal solutioning completed within timeline, velocity generated. 2. Knowledge Management No. of whitepapers/ research papers written, no. of user stories created, % of proposal documentation completed and uploaded into knowledge repository, No of reusable components developed for proposal during quarter
