Business Analyst (B2)

Responsibilities: We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for analysing business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring smooth project execution. Associates will work closely with stakeholders to map existing business processes & workflows, propose improvements & optimizations with a clear focus on improving operational performance.

🔸 Project Leadership & Strategy :

• Lead large-scale QA projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Define project scope, effort estimation, and success metrics.
• Drive project enhancements and identify next steps based on outcomes.
• Effective communication and skilled in stakeholder management

🔸 Process Optimization & Innovation :

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of current processes and design optimized workflows.
• Lead automation initiatives and efficiency improvements across teams.
• Own the implementation of "To-Be" processes and track impact.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

🔸 Advanced Data Analytics & Forecasting :

• Build predictive models for resource and volume forecasting.
• Develop comprehensive scorecards for vendors, admins, and internal processes.
• Create executive-level dashboards for program managers and leadership
• Should be proficient in presentation skills both in PPT/Google slides
• Should have SQL hands on experience & proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• AppScript & Python experience is a plus

🔸 Quality Strategy & Metrics Definition :

• Define and refine performance and quality metrics.
• Lead initiatives to improve throughput, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to drive metric evolution
• Able to handle quality disputes and resolve any misalignments

🔸 Compliance Oversight & Risk Management :

• Take ownership of compliance activities and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all QA processes align with internal and external audit standards.

🔸 Cross-Functional Integration & Leadership :

• Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to align QA goals.
• Lead special pilot projects and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision is a must.

🔸 Executive Communication :

• Prepare and present executive-level presentations and reports.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
