Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to develop minimum viable product (MVP) and comprehensive AI solutions that meet and exceed client's expectations and add value to business.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Elicit and document business requirements from healthcare stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for Oracle EPM solutions.
Oracle EPM & Financial Planning
Configure and customize Oracle EPM modules for budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
Develop and maintain models in Anaplan and Cognos TM1 for enterprise planning.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze healthcare datasets (claims, prior authorization, EHR) and financial data for insights.
Create dashboards and reports using Oracle tools and BI platforms.
Process Optimization
Model current and future workflows to ensure compliance with HIPAA/CMS guidelines.
Recommend improvements for billing, claims processing, and utilization management.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with clinical, finance, and IT teams to align Oracle EPM solutions with business goals.
Conduct JAD sessions and provide training for end-users.
Required Skills
Technical: Strong command of Database, Oracle EPM, Oracle SQL, and ETL concepts. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, claims adjudication, and regulatory compliance.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Skills: Azure Data Engineering .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
