BUSINESS ANALYST

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystem and underlying supporting platforms
 Expert subject matter knowledge over established program value area.
 Expected to be a strategic thinker and contribute to the road map and vision for any value area through identification of stakeholder/market needs, segmentation, sizing, and competitive landscape to achieve desirable, feasible, and sustainable outcomes.
 Consistent and reliable track record of driving successful delivery of projects and initiatives
 Mentor peers in learning and building proficiency in Mouser, Internet Business, and stakeholder analysis and communication skills
 Drive continuous improvements to further product management skills and practices
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
 Expert proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycles and frameworks.
 Proven experience with problem solving and solution development.
 Authority on all business analysis deliverables and artifacts
 Excellent leadership skills with a collaborative interpersonal style in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
 Requires 8 years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, program analyst, product manager or equivalent position
 Requires 8 years with ecommerce environments (B2B required)
